This 13,000 square foot office building construction project was a build-out of an existing facility in Grand Blanc Township and serves as the Regional Headquarters for the security company and alarm monitoring center.
One of the features of this office building construction project is an internally housed backup generator required to keep the alarm-monitoring center in operation in case of a power outage.
